Shipping policy

In most cases, we bake, pack, and ship your cookies in the order received.

We do have a flat shipping rate of $15.50 to ensure the cookies are covered in delivery.

Most orders leave our Springfield, Missouri bakery 2 or 3 business days after receipt.  However, we cannot guarantee the shipping or delivery day for online orders.

All shipping is USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted.  We only ship to locations within the United States, no international orders.

We cannot accept responsibility for a lost or delayed shipment once it leaves our bakery.  Holidays and carrier issues may cause further delays.

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us first.  We will do our best to accommodate with our available ingredients and labor resources.
